Hello Blog. I'd like to share with you an amazing little animation that Keith Lango has just pumped out. It's not everyday that something new and inspiring comes along in 3D Computer animation, but this totally inspired me!

If you watch through this frame-by-frame, the smear poses between the holds are amazing! I've never seen anything like this! It's more lively, loose and energetic than anything I've seen! Way to go Keith!

New Photographs!

Hello. I've added two new pics to my website, and I thought I'd share them here as well. The first is of a Big Wheel Fairground Ride down in Ilkeston - at which I had a fantastic time. I hadn't been to a proper fair before. :)



And this second one is of my trusty beach - Dinas Dinlla;



It's good to go out with me camera, I do enjoy it. :)

Back on Track...

I'm preparing myself to go back into Animation Mentor. I start back in the Spring Term, which is in about 2 weeks. I've got myself a whole new short film that I'm going to be working on, entitled 'Happiness'. It's a wee film that's quite personal to me, and I plan on giving the film 100% of my efforts. In doing so, I've left my job, and just plan to concentrate all my efforts into this - as well as get my demo reel up and running, so I can go forth and apply for animation jobs!

I'm uncertain where I want to go in life, but I think doing this wee short film will help me a great deal. I really look forward to it.

I've just had a pretty serious virus on my computer, and pretty much killed it, and thank god for some awesome software out there, I (well my brother) was able to get all my data back from my corrupted hard drive, I had'nt done a single back up since I started Animation Mentor, and boy! That would have been disaster! So to liven everything up, here's a wee video for everyone to enjoy!

Server Switching

Hey everyone - I'm currently in-between servers, and because of this I've lost all of my Animation Mentor Progress videos that used to be on this blog - bah! I'm going to try and upload them all back, and re-link them in the coming week - so bare with me!

I'm currently in my last week at my third Term at AM - so I'll be posting some new goodies over Christmas, every thing's going super great so far, I'm really enjoying it!
